St. Nicholas of Myra, better known as Santa Claus is a minor character that appeared in "Bowser Junior's Christmas Eve!", "Bowser Junior Meets Santa Claus!", "Happy Merry Christmas!", "Jeffy's Bad Christmas", "How Black Yoshi Stole Christmas!", "The South Pole Santa", & "Jeffy's Gucci Xbox!". He was also mentioned in "The Mystery Safe!" where he was supposedly nuked by Bowser Junior. Also Scooter was wearing a costume of him in "Scooter the Rapper!".
